Description: O-Syndrome refers to the state in which many busy working professionals find themselves — busy professionals who haven’t established work-life boundaries and as a result are over-worked, over-stressed, overburdened, over-loaded, over-committed, over-obligated, over-tired, overwhelmed, over-extended, over-scheduled, and just plain over it!
This book aims to raise awareness of how and why life’s rhythms get out of balance and to provide ways to reset a divine intended balance.
